January Baltimore Murder Suspects in Custody

BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore County homicide detectives arrested and charged 20-year-old Stephen Parker and 20-year-old Kaleb Jackson with first-degree murder in the homicide of 35-year-old Quenten Branch.

Both are currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.

In January, Baltimore County police investigated the death of 35-year-old Quenten Branch, who officers found deceased on Colbury Road.

“On Sunday, January 9, just before 4:30 a.m., officers responded to the area of Colbury Road and Goucher Boulevard for a report of a shooting,” police said. “Upon arrival, officers discovered 35-year-old Quenten Branch suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced Branch deceased at the scene.”

Through their investigation, police determined Jackson and Parker were responsible for the murder.
