LYNCHBURG, VA – Jemarcus Devonte Butler, 33, has been named as a person of interest in the recent homicide case of Ms. Laura DeLapp
. His current location remains unknown. Butler is wanted on felony charges for malicious wounding in Lynchburg, Virginia, and for robbery in New York.
