Jessup Man Charged for Shooting at Neighbor During Argument

JESSUP, MD — Officers were called to a shooting incident at a residence in the 7800 block of Clark Road, Jessup, at around 5:50 p.m. on November 4, 2023. The investigation revealed that after an altercation with a neighbor, a male suspect fired a gun.

Authorities located and arrested the suspect without further incident.

A search warrant at his home led to the confiscation of various firearms, including assault-style rifles, shotguns, handguns, and two unserialized lower firearm receivers. Tony Christopher Fendlay, a 36-year-old from Jessup, has been charged in connection with the shooting.
