Jewish Man Beaten in Brooklyn, Cops Say Assailant Shouted Anti-semitic Slurs

BROOKLYN, NY – A Jewish man was beaten on the streets of Brooklyn on Friday, according to the New York City Police Department. The incident happened in the area of President Street and Utica Avenue Friday afternoon at around 3:00 pm.

Police are investigating the incident as a bias incident, claiming the assailant was shouting anti-Semitic remarks while punching and kicking the 32-year-old male victim. The suspect fled before police arrived.
