President Joe Biden forgot when he took office and became the 46th President of the United States. At a recent speech, Biden claimed he took office 19 months ago, but when he gave the speech, it had only been 15 months since he took his oath of office in January of 2021.

Biden, who has been accused by his opponents of being in cognitive decline because of his age, 79, most likely confused the date of his election victory over Donald Trump, but that would only put him at 17 months, two shy of 19.
