Joint Task Force Recovers Weapons and Fentanyl in Buffalo Raid

BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo Police Department, in collaboration with federal and local law enforcement agencies, executed a search warrant on St. Joseph Avenue on March 6. This operation was authorized by Judge Peter Savage and involved members from the Buffalo Police Intelligence Unit, SWAT team, Ferry-Fillmore District officers, the ATF, and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.

The raid resulted in the recovery of two weapons and approximately 27 grams of fentanyl. This significant operation underscores the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat drug trafficking and gun violence in the Buffalo area.
