July Murder Suspect At Large, Reward Offered

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police – Homicide Section is asking for the public’s help in locating Lawrence Marcellus Marshall, IV, 20, who is wanted for the murder of Cedric Warner, 40.

The murder took place on Wednesday, July 5, in the 11500 block of Lockwood Drive.

Marshall, IV is charged with first-degree murder.

A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Marshall, IV.
