Juvenile, Adult Arrested After Assaulting Employee at Applebee’s

GAMBRILLS, MD – On Sunday, at around 9:15 p.m., police responded to a reported assault at the Applebee’s located at 2408 Brandermill Boulevard.

Officers found that a 13-year-old juvenile patron had physically assaulted one of the employees.

An accompanying adult, identified as Megan Lynn Miller, 33, of Curtis Bay, Maryland, brandished a stun-gun and pointed it at other staff members.

Both the juvenile and Miller made several threats, stating they would return and “shoot up the place.” The police investigation also uncovered that Miller had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Both Miller and the juvenile were subsequently arrested and charged in accordance with the law.
