Juvenile Arrested in Baltimore Armed Carjacking

BALTIMORE, MD — A 14-year-old male has been arrested in connection with an armed carjacking that occurred on Tuesday at approximately 7 a.m. The incident unfolded in the 4000 block of Elmora Avenue where the suspect demanded property from the victim before fleeing with the vehicle.

The Regional Auto Theft Taskforce (RATT) officers located the suspect later that same day at around 1 p.m. in the 3900 block of Kenyon Avenue. After a brief pursuit, the officers arrested the suspect and recovered a handgun.
