Juvenile assaulted, robbed by group of teens in Greenbelt; police investigating

GREENBELT, Md. — A juvenile was assaulted and robbed by a group of 6 to 10 juveniles in a strong-armed robbery Wednesday afternoon, Greenbelt police said.

Officers responded to the 9100 block of Springhill Lane at 1:36 p.m. after receiving reports of the attack. The suspects fled on foot with the victim’s property before police arrived.

Authorities have not released further details on the victim’s condition or the suspects involved.
