Knife-Wielding Robber Targets West 133rd Street Business

NEW YORK CITY, NY – An unknown person is sought by the New York City Police Department following a robbery that occurred on Tuesday, June 27, around 11:30 am.

The man entered a commercial establishment located at 201 West 133rd Street, and brandished a knife at a 52-year-old male employee while demanding property.

The suspect subsequently reached over the counter, taking about $40 from the cash register, before fleeing the scene on foot, headed south on West 133rd Street. The employee wasn’t harmed during the encounter.
