Knifepoint Pharmacy Robbery Suspect At Large in Columbus

COLUMBUS, OH – A man robbed a northeast Columbus pharmacy at knifepoint on Wednesday. The Robbery Unit detectives have released surveillance photos of the armed suspect.

The suspect infiltrated the business located in the 2900 block of Stelzer Rd., jumped over the pharmacy counter, and started demanding money while brandishing a steak knife.

The pharmacy technician opened the cash register, and the suspect emptied the cash into a bag before making his escape via the pharmacy’s drive-thru window.

The suspect has been described as a black male, approximately 5’5″ to 5’6″ tall, weighing 120-140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, red and black flannel pajama pants, and a white t-shirt used as a mask, while carrying a red Target bag.
