Lacey Police Blotter: Criminal Mischief and Theft

LACEY TWP, NJ – The Lacey Township Police Department has reported the following two criminal incidents that took place on May 15th and May 17th.

Criminal Mischief- On Sunday, May 15, 2022, at 3:12 p.m., Officer Plis responded to the 400 block of Admiral Road for a criminal mischief report.  Upon arrival, Officer Plis met with the caller who reported the window to their vehicle was broken.  The damage was estimated at $100.00.

Theft- On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 3:04 p.m., Officer Slota responded to the 600 block of Chelsea Street for a report of a theft.  Upon arrival, the victim stated sometime during the overnight hours, someone had stolen a leaf blower that was left in a trailer, unsecured.  The leaf blower was valued at $700.  This investigation is ongoing.
