Lakewood man charged with endangering child, obscene material charges

LAKEWOOD, NJ – A Lakewood man is currently being held in the Ocean County Justice Complex jail on three charges including endangering welfare of a child, parent; showing obscene material to a person under 18 to arouse self or another and endangering a child by exhibiting a photo of a sexual act.

Moshe Zeines has been charged under NJ statute 2c:34-3b(2),  Obscenity for persons under 18.

A person who knowingly shows obscene material to a person under 18 years of age with the knowledge or purpose to arouse, gratify or stimulate himself or another is guilty of a crime of the third degree if the person showing the obscene material is at least four years older than the person under 18 years of age viewing the material.
