Lakewood Man Shot at by Teens with BB Gun While Driving Car

LAKEWOOD, NJ – An alarming incident occurred on Saturday night when three juveniles allegedly shot a BB or pellet gun at a driver along Monmouth Avenue.

The victim was driving at approximately 10 p.m. when he observed the three individuals standing at the roadside. As he turned onto Second Street, he noticed one of the juveniles pointing what appeared to be a firearm at him, followed by a noise at the back of his car.

Monmouth and Second Street intersection is a busy intersection with multiple businesses in close proximity.

A related incident was reported in the nearby area of County Line Road and Brook Road, but not confirmed at this time.

The Lakewood police are conducting an investigation and are requesting anyone with knowledge about the incidents to come forward.
