Linden Police Department to Host Voluntary Gun Surrender Event

Linden, NJ – The Linden Police Department will host a gun surrender event on Saturday as part of a county-wide effort to reduce gun violence and enhance community safety.

The program provides residents an opportunity to surrender and safely dispose of any unwanted firearms, regardless of condition, with no questions asked. All surrendered firearms will be disposed of according to federal and state laws.

The gun surrender event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the JTG Center, located at 330 Helen St, and various other locations throughout Union County.
