Local Authorities on the Hunt for Shed Burglar in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA—Authorities responded to a theft on Pearl Street this week. The victim, a 53-year-old woman, reported the unauthorized taking of various items from a shed on her property.

The victim reported the incident to law enforcement, stating that sometime between May 11th and May 13th, the perpetrator gained unlawful entry into the shed. Among the stolen items were a lawnmower, a chainsaw, a weedwhacker, and an electric power washer.

The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department is investigating the case. Authorities are gathering information and evidence to identify the individual responsible for the theft on Pearl Street.
