LOCK HAVEN, PA – Robert Lee Aungst, Jr., a resident of Fetzer Lane, Lock Haven, will face trial for two counts of Indecent Assault (M2).
The alleged incidents took place in February in Pine Creek Township, involving two females aged 19 and 17.
Aungst appeared in Clinton County Central Court on Monday, and chose to waive the preliminary hearing set for that afternoon.
The trial is scheduled for the January 2024 term in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas.
The Pine Creek Township Police Department continues its investigation.
