Lodi Resident Wins $10K on Ohio Lottery Billion Scratch-Off

LODI, OH — An Ohio Lottery player has won $10,000 after purchasing a Billion scratch-off ticket at Miller’s Market on Wooster Street in Lodi.

After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, the winner will take home approximately $7,200. Billion is a $50 scratch-off game offering a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years. As of August 8, three top prizes remain available in this game.
