Lorain Man Wins $10,000 on Taxes Paid Scratch-Off

LORAIN, OHIO – Sigelfredo Cuevas of Lorain won $10,000 scratching the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $500,000 Taxes Paid.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Sigelfredo will receive $7,200.

Sigelfredo purchased his winning ticket at Roman’s Groceries, located at 2957 Pearl Ave. in Lorain.
