WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Lottery player has won $792,972 after matching all five numbers in Friday’s Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing, with the jackpot-winning ticket sold at a GIANT Food Stores location in Lycoming County.
The winning numbers drawn on June 20 were 6, 13, 17, 26, and 33. The winning ticket was purchased at GIANT Food Stores at 1969 East 3rd Street in Williamsport. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.
The prize, awarded before withholding, marks one of the larger Cash 5 jackpots of the year in Pennsylvania. Officials say the identity of the winner will not be released until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated.
More than 16,100 other tickets also won prizes in Friday’s drawing. All Cash 5 with Quick Cash prizes must be claimed within one year from the date of the drawing or purchase.
Players urged to check tickets as prize remains unclaimed
The winning ticket includes both the main Cash 5 Evening Drawing and one Quick Cash game for each $2 play. The Quick Cash feature offers additional instant prizes of $2 or $6 with separate odds of winning.
Cash 5 players select five numbers from a field of 1 through 43. Matching all five secures the jackpot. Lower-tier prizes are awarded for matching two, three, or four numbers.
Anyone holding the winning ticket is advised to contact the nearest Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for claim instructions.
