MARION, OH — A lucky lottery player has won the $500,000 top prize on the Ohio Lottery’s Gem 10s scratch-off ticket.
The winning ticket was purchased at Center St MotoMart #4129, located at 691 W Center Street.
After mandatory state and federal taxes, which total 28 percent, the winner will receive approximately $360,000. Gem 10s is a $10 scratch-off game with a top prize of $500,000, and as of Wednesday, three top prizes remain.
