TRENTON, NJ – A single ticket holder, who matched all five numbers drawn, won the $454,396 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the May 5th drawing.
The winning numbers were: 02, 08, 16, 24 and 45 and the XTRA number was: 02.
The winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket was sold at Food Mart on Market Street in Elmwood Park. They will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket.
New Jersey Lottery Executive Director James Carey said in a statement: “Congratulations to our very fortunate Jersey Cash 5 winner! We hope this incredible prize brings joy and happiness to the winner; we’re already looking forward to awarding another jackpot prize!”
