Brooklyn lottery player wins $32K TAKE 5 jackpot from Grab N Go

Brooklyn, NY — A lucky lottery player in Brooklyn just picked up a $32,636 payday after matching all five numbers in the September 20 TAKE 5 Evening drawing, according to the New York Lottery.

The winning ticket was sold at Grab N Go, a convenience store located at 1403 Rockaway Parkway. The win marks another top-prize payout for the popular TAKE 5 draw game, which selects numbers from a pool of one through 39 and is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Lottery officials did not release the identity of the winner, and it remains unclear whether the ticket has been claimed. Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to redeem their prize.

This marks yet another successful payout in a game that continues to attract daily players across New York State. The New York Lottery, which remains the most profitable lottery in North America, contributed $3.6 billion to public education during the 2024–2025 fiscal year.

All prize amounts, including this $32,636 win, are subject to standard lottery regulations and claiming procedures.
