Hagerstown, Md. — A Maryland man has struck Racetrax gold for the second time in two years, winning $31,233 on a high-odds bet.

The Washington County resident placed a Trifecta Box wager on his go-to numbers—10, 11, and 12—at Roxy Liquors in Hagerstown after cashing in winning scratch-offs. Later, while checking the Lottery app, he initially thought he had won $30 before realizing his prize was much larger.

With the winnings, he plans to celebrate an upcoming anniversary with his wife, complete home projects, and fund future activities.

Roxy Liquors will receive a $312.33 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
