YOUNGSTOWN, OH — A Rolling Cash 5 player in Youngstown is celebrating a $140,000 jackpot win after purchasing the lucky ticket at Mahoning Drive Thru.
The winning ticket, sold at 2603 Mahoning Avenue, matched all five numbers in the February 17 drawing: 4, 16, 17, 25, and 26. The winner selected their own numbers.
Rolling Cash 5 is a daily draw game held at 7:05 p.m. every night.
