OCEANSIDE, N.Y. — A top-prize winning ticket for the Jan. 29 TAKE 5 evening drawing was sold in Oceanside, the New York Lottery announced.
The ticket, worth $31,423.50, was purchased at Cold Cut City, located at 230A Atlantic Avenue #A.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Players select five numbers from a field of one through 39.
Lottery draw game prizes can be claimed for up to one year from the date of the drawing, according to the New York Lottery.
The New York Lottery contributed $3.8 billion to public schools in New York State during the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
