CLEVELAND, OH – Federal and local law enforcement agencies have announced a significant breakthrough in the battle against organized crime in Northeast Ohio with the unsealing of a superseding indictment against 15 members of the Fully Blooded Felons gang. This group, active both in Northeast Ohio and within the state’s prison system, faces multiple charges relating to drug trafficking and firearms possession.

United States Attorney Rebecca C. Lutzko, alongside FBI and local police representatives, detailed the gang’s operations, which included running an open-air drug market in Cleveland’s Cedar Estates neighborhood and attempting to extend their operations into the Ohio prison system. The indictment, involving 33 counts, accuses the gang of distributing substances like fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and buprenorphine, as well as engaging in the illegal possession and use of firearms.

Notable among the accused is Raven Mullins, alleged leader, who is accused of orchestrating operations that included violent acts, firearm transactions, and controlled substance distribution. Elijah Johnson, another defendant, is purported to have traveled to Texas and Arizona to procure large quantities of fentanyl for distribution.

The arrests, resulting from the combined efforts of the FBI’s Safe Streets Gang Task Force and multiple other agencies, signify a major stride in curbing gang-related activities in the region. Each defendant, if convicted, faces a sentence that will be determined based on the severity of their crimes and their criminal history.
