Man, 22, found shot multiple times in the street in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA — A 22-year-old man was shot multiple times Wednesday night on the 400 block of East Haines Street, according to police.

The shooting occurred at approximately 7:53 p.m. The victim, a Black male, suffered multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body and was transported to Einstein Hospital by a private vehicle, which remained at the scene. He was placed in stable condition.

Police have secured the area, but no weapons have been recovered. No arrests have been made.

Authorities continue to investigate the shooting as they search for suspects and a motive.
