Virginia Beach, VA – On Monday, Virginia Beach Police Department officers responded to a ShotSpotter Alert on Davis St. Investigation revealed a victim tied to the alert accidentally shot himself following the reckless discharge of several rounds, resulting in charges.
Justin Fuquay, 25, was charged with Reckless Handling of a Firearm and Discharging a Firearm Within City Limits. The charges remain accusations until proven in court.
