WINDSOR, NY – The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred in a Gary Street apartment in the village of Windsor.
The bodies of Kenneth Johnson, 53, and Tess Savage, 47, were discovered on Wednesday night.
According to detectives investigating the incident, Savage was found in a back bedroom, where she had been strangled to death. Johnson’s body was located in the living room of the apartment,
Police said he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
