NEW YORK, NY – A 911 call led police to Drew Street and 101 Avenue where two individuals were found shot in the head on Thursday evening.
Officers from the 102 Precinct arrived at the scene at 5:39 pm and discovered a 42-year-old female and a 46-year-old male, both unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS transported the individuals to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jamaica, where they were pronounced dead.
A firearm was recovered at the scene. Authorities are continuing their investigation. The identity of the deceased remains undisclosed, pending family notification.
