MORGANTOWN, PA – On Monday, the Caernarvon Police Department responded to an incident of assault at the USA Inn and Suites. The officers interacted with the female victim residing in one of the rooms, who claimed that she had been assaulted by her male roommate during a dispute.
Visible signs of injury were evident on the victim.
Subsequently, the police arrested the accused, identified as Koehler, on charges of simple assault and harassment. Koehler was then transferred to the Berks County Jail.
