GLEN BURNIE, MD – On Saturday, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Glen Burnie Police officers responded to an assault report at the Red Roof Inn on Ritchie Highway.
Michael Edward Burdsall, a 38-year-old man from Brooklyn, Maryland, was arrested after a confrontation at the inn.
Burdsall reportedly banged on doors in the building, leading to a verbal altercation with a 35-year-old female occupant.
He is accused of brandishing a handgun during the incident before fleeing the scene. Officers later apprehended Burdsall, who now faces charges related to the assault.
