Man Arrested for Assaulting Cop Following Disturbance in Hanover

HANOVER, PA – On Friday, Latham was arrested and charged following a disturbance on the 200 block of Klayton Street.

The charges include aggravated assault and disarming a law enforcement officer.

Latham was also charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and harassment.

Latham was subsequently turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further proceedings.

The specific details of the disturbance have not been disclosed.
