Man Arrested for Assaulting Law Enforcement Officer

YORK, PA – On Sunday, Lawrence Mose Webber was arraigned on several charges following a police investigation. The charges include one count of Assault of a Law Enforcement Officer, one count of Resisting Arrest, one count of Obstruction of Justice, and one count of DUI.

The incident took place on last Saturday, in the 2400 Block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Webber notably refused a blood draw during his arrest.
