Man Arrested for Lewd Conduct in Doylestown Borough

DOYLESTOWN, PA – On Friday, around 09:45 AM, Paul James Williams, 29, was arrested on charges including open lewdness, harassment, drug violation, and disorderly conduct.

Williams, currently without a fixed address, was reported by an employee of the Main Street Inn in Doylestown Borough after he sat next to a motel resident and committed a lewd act in public.

Williams was taken into custody and arraigned with bail set at 10% of $50,000. He was then transferred to Bucks County Prison.
