Man Arrested for Public Intoxication in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA – On Thursday, Wilkes-Barre City Police arrested Tyell Brookins, 38, for public intoxication at 24 South Main Street.

Officers responded to a report of a disorderly male consuming alcohol and found that Brookins was a danger to himself and others due to his level of intoxication. He was taken into custody, cited, and detained until sober.
