Man Arrested for Public Intoxication in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA – On Sunday, Wilkes-Barre City Police Department arrested Thomas Filip of Wilkes-Barre, PA, for public intoxication. Responding to a call at Public Square on Sunday afternoon, officers found Filip intoxicated and behaving disorderly. They detained him for his safety and that of others until he sobered up.
