Man Arrested for Public Intoxication in Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE, PA – Officers and EMS responded to 5 East Market Street on Monday evening for a report of an intoxicated male. Raymond LUNA, 50, of Hanover Township, was arrested for being a danger to himself due to severe intoxication. He was cited for Public Drunkenness and taken to a local hospital.
