Man Arrested for Retail Theft in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA – On Tuesday, police in Wilkes-Barre responded to a report of a shoplifting incident at Turkey Hill on North Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. The suspect, Justin YOURGLIVCH of Hanover Township, was accused of leaving the store without paying for a concealed candy bar. Security footage confirmed the incident, leading to YOURGLIVCH’s arrest.
