Man Arrested in Connection with Commercial Armed Robbery in Capitol Heights

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD – Prince George’s County Police have arrested a man linked to a commercial armed robbery that took place on July 16, in Capitol Heights.

The suspect has been identified as 34-year-old Derek Lynn Davis of Temple Hills.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Davis robbed a convenience store in the 7400 block of Central Avenue. Robbery Detectives identified Derek Davis as the suspect through various investigative techniques, leading to his arrest.
