ANNAPOLIS, MD — A robbery on Forest Drive leads to an arrest warrant issued for Gustavo Garcia, the ex-husband of the victim. Annapolis Police responded to a call in the 1900 block of Forest Drive at approximately 10:49 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2024.
The victim reported that upon exiting a store, Garcia physically assaulted her, causing her to fall to the ground, and then forcibly took her handbag. Following her statement, police proceeded with an Application for Statement of Charges against Garcia, leading to the issuance of a warrant for his arrest.
