Man assaulted in unprovoked attack inside NYC subway station

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual wanted in connection to an assault that occurred at the MTA ‘A’ ‘S’ Broad Channel station.

On Friday, June 30, at approximately 4:50 PM, a 49-year-old male was allegedly assaulted by an unknown individual while making a transit inquiry on the platform. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
