WASHINGTON, D.C. – A man was beaten to death early this morning with a baseball bat. The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating this incident, which happened in Northeast, D.C.
At approximately midnight, police were dispatched to the 3500 block of Hayes Street Northeast. They discovered an adult male who had been subjected to blunt force trauma to the head. The victim was declared dead on the scene. Police have not shared any details about a possible suspect.
