Man Brutally Beaten by Mob of 7 Attackers in the Bronx

BRONX, NY – A 22-year-old male was victim to a violent assault and robbery while walking in the Bronx on Sunday evening. The incident occurred at approximately 7:25 PM in front of 205 East 167 Street, where seven unknown assailants attacked the victim.

Acting in concert, the individuals punched and kicked the victim repeatedly and struck his face with a metal object. During the assault, they displayed a firearm, forcibly taking the victim’s keys, cell phone, and sneakers.

The assailants were last seen fleeing north on Sherman Avenue. The victim was subsequently transported to BronxCare Health System in stable condition.
