NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department reported they had confiscated a loaded AR-style rifle and a handgun during an investigation at a NYC subway station.
Yasmany Lopez, 25, of Miami, Florida was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal weapons possession. The incident happened Saturday.
He was quickly arrested by New York City Transit officers.
