Man Charged After Video Evidence Links Him to Baltimore Shooting

Baltimore, MD: A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an attempted murder that took place in the Central District.

On August 5, 2023, a 32-year-old male was shot in the 200 block of South Broadway. Following an investigation, Jonathan Lopez of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was identified as the shooter through video evidence.

Lopez was extradited to Baltimore City on September 18 and charged with attempted first-degree murder. He is currently being held without bail.
