Man Charged for Falsifying Documents During Firearm Sale

LANCASTER, PA – Lenai Anthony King, a 19 years old male from York, faces charges for unsworn falsifications and illegal firearm sale or transfer.

The charges, dated December 5, arose from an incident at 2469 D Lititz Pk in Lancaster.

King allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm but provided incorrect information on ATF Form 4473. This act is a violation of Federal law, punishable as a felony, and may also contravene State or local laws.

Currently indicted for felony and misdemeanor charges under the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, King’s actions potentially carry imprisonment for more than a year.

Following the issuance of a criminal complaint and arrest warrant, King was apprehended and arraigned, then released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
