Man charged for stealing outdoor decorations from homes in Berkeley Township

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – On April 27, Joseph Miceli, 65, was arrested for stealing outside decorations from two residences in Berkeley Township.

Patrolman Michael Drybola responded to a report of stolen property and discovered that the stolen property was found in Miceli’s yard.

After further investigation, it was determined that Miceli had been previously arrested for similar thefts. He was processed and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, and released pending a future court date.
